Summer Internship Documents

To graduate from the Electronics Technology program, students are required to complete a summer internship of at least 20 working days during the summer vacation following the end of the second semester of the academic year. The internship period will be determined by the student within the designated timeframe. All procedures related to the internship must be completed according to the dates specified in the table below.

Applications begin to be accepted every year in May. Determined by the student.
(It must be scheduled as 20 working days within July–August.)
Note: It can start after the end date of the make-up exams indicated in the academic calendar for that year.
The internship logbook and related forms must be submitted by the Course Registration Week specified in the academic calendar for that year, or earlier. The internship interviews are held every year on Wednesday and Thursday of the 1st or 2nd week of the Fall Semester. The results are announced every year on the Friday of the 2nd week of the Fall Semester.

  2. Internship Information and Commitment Form (3 copies)

  3. Internship Application Form (3 copies)

  4. Internship Notification Form (3 copies)

  5. Internship Contract Form with the Company (3 copies)

  6. Unemployment Fund Contribution Information Form for Internship Payments (2 copies)


Documents to be Submitted at the End of the Summer Internship:

  1. Employer Evaluation Form (1 copy, to be submitted in a sealed envelope at the end of the internship)

  2. Internship Evaluation Form (1 copy, to be submitted in a sealed envelope at the end of the internship)

  3. Internship Logbook (1 copy, to be submitted as a bound book at the end of the internship)

  • Employer Evaluation Forms I and II must be completed by the relevant company and delivered to the student in sealed envelopes.

  • Internship logbooks must be submitted as bound books.

  • For questions and procedures related to the internship, please contact your academic advisors.

  • Students who will undertake internships must submit the signed application documents in person to the Department of Electronics and Automation.

  • According to Article 11 of the Internship Regulations, students who meet the necessary requirements may be exempted from the internship by submitting a petition along with the required documents to the Department of Electronics and Automation.
